SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery process begin one business day after the order is placed. You will receive an email with the Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Some restrictions may apply.
Our shipping services do not guarantee two-day delivery from Hawaii.
Standard US shipping:
We ship through USPS, UPS and FedEx. All shipments may take a minimum of five to seven business days to be received.
We ship internationally. Please note that import duties, taxes, and any other charge made in the destination are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Return & Exchange Policy
All shipments are sent fully insured for the full purchase price. A professional shipping specialist hand pack every item in high quality boxes. In the case of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours at email@example.com or by phone at 808.977.2538.
Please keep all packing materials and take photos of the damage item/boxes to provide the images upon request if necessary. We will repair or replace the artwork, or if you are not satisfied for any other reason, refund the purchase price.
